LSM8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,659 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DET1, GTF2IRD2B, and NDUFA13. Each is linked with LSM8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM8-to-partner and partner-to-LSM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM8 versus DET1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
