Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,489 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with LSM8 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM8-to-partner and partner-to-LSM8 results are reported.
