LRRTM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALYREF, RFC4, and SAPCD2. Each is linked with LRRTM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALYREF grouped by LRRTM4-low versus LRRTM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
