LRRTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSOS, KIFC1, and ZNF57. Each is linked with LRRTM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMSOS grouped by LRRTM1-low versus LRRTM1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
