LRRN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3, CTDNEP1, and CD300H. Each is linked with LRRN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3 grouped by LRRN4-low versus LRRN4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
