Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRIQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,437 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRIQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN19, MDH1B, and SLC6A15. Each is linked with LRRIQ1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRIQ1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRIQ1 results are reported.
