Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRIQ1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRIQ1 data layer compared with 11 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher LRRIQ1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRIQ1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCS show a favorable association.
LGG, STAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where LRRIQ1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
