LRRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,834 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF39, ZNF559-ZNF177, and THOC1. Each is linked with LRRD1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRD1 versus PRPF39 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
