Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,071 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA processing, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Obsolete histone modification. Each is linked with LRRD1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRD1 results are reported.
