Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,914 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with LRRD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRD1 results are reported.
