Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8C-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,499 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8C-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA7, QKI, and LPIN3_S411. Each is linked with LRRC8C-DT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8C-DT-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8C-DT results are reported.
