LRRC75A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC75A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,311 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC75A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, XRCC1, and ORC3. Each is linked with LRRC75A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC75A-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC75A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC75A versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC75A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC75A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
