LRRC71

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC71 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,918 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC71-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-81P, RPL23AP89, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with LRRC71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC71-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC71 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-81P grouped by LRRC71-low versus LRRC71-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC71→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC71) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
