LRRC69

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC69 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC69-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-1, MIR548AL, and LYZL1. Each is linked with LRRC69 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC69-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC69→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
