LRRC59

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,941 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC59-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPG, NCAPH, and SMC4. Each is linked with LRRC59 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC59-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC59 versus NCAPG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC59→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
