LRRC52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC52 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC52-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with LRRC52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC52-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by LRRC52-low versus LRRC52-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC52→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
