Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC52 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC52 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LRRC52 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and SCLC show a favorable association.
UVM, COAD, and OV are the cancer types where LRRC52 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
