Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC52-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF7, DEFA4, and PATE4. Each is linked with LRRC52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC52-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC52 results are reported.
