LRRC52-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC52-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC52-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO10P, TTTY12, and NPAP1P6. Each is linked with LRRC52-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC52-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC52-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMO10P grouped by LRRC52-AS1-low versus LRRC52-AS1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC52-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC52-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
