LRRC43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT57, OSCP1, and CETN2. Each is linked with LRRC43 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC43-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC43 versus IFT57 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC43→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
