Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,275 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with LRRC43 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC43-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC43 results are reported.
