Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 867 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, C22orf31, and RASL10A. Each is linked with LRRC3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3B-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3B versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
