LRRC39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,763 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC39-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, PLCL1, and PLCL1_S569. Each is linked with LRRC39 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC39-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC39 versus CTBP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC39→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
