Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC39-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY2, FAM71B, and OR7A17. Each is linked with LRRC39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC39-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC39 results are reported.
