Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,120 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heart morphogenesis, Regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly, and Regulation of osteoblast differentiation. Each is linked with LRRC38 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC38-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC38 results are reported.
