LRRC34

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPLP1, IGKV1-35, and F8A3. Each is linked with LRRC34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC34-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC34 versus HNRNPLP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
