LRRC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,732 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P1, MTCYBP21, and LRRC3-DT. Each is linked with LRRC3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3 versus MTND5P1 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
