LRRC26

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC26-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAST1, SCNN1A, and SLC6A11. Each is linked with LRRC26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC26-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC26→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
