Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC26 data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LRRC26 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, STAD, and UCS are the cancer types where LRRC26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
