LRRC24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRP1, MIR373, and KRT17P4. Each is linked with LRRC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC24-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRP1 grouped by LRRC24-low versus LRRC24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
