LRRC24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, OR1D4, and IFNA14. Each is linked with LRRC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC24-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHLA1 grouped by LRRC24-low versus LRRC24-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
