LRRC23

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, CCDC114, and DNAH6. Each is linked with LRRC23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC23-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC23 versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
