Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 806 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P1, FAM243A, and OR4X2. Each is linked with LRRC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P1 grouped by LRRC2-low versus LRRC2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
