LRRC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6T1, OR6M1, and EIF3L. Each is linked with LRRC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC14-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6T1 grouped by LRRC14-low versus LRRC14-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
