Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,647 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D2, OR10R2, and GPR148. Each is linked with LRRC10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC10-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC10 results are reported.
