LRR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2DP1, MRPS18BP2, and SFPQP1. Each is linked with LRR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRR1-to-partner and partner-to-LRR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR2DP1 grouped by LRR1-low versus LRR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
