LRPAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSMCE4A, MBTD1, and TREM1. Each is linked with LRPAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRPAP1 versus NSMCE4A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
