LRP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,128 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8, PYCARD, and POGZ. Each is linked with LRP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP6-to-partner and partner-to-LRP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP6 versus TNFAIP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
