LRP5L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR5, LONP1, and RNA5SP248. Each is linked with LRP5L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5L-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR5 grouped by LRP5L-low versus LRP5L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
