LRP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,751 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP4_S1887, STK10, and TRPM2_S38. Each is linked with LRP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP4-to-partner and partner-to-LRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP4 versus LRP4_S1887 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
