Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,231 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO1A, IL21R, and PIK3CG. Each is linked with LRP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP4-to-partner and partner-to-LRP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP4 versus CORO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
