LRP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,806 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, KNL1, and CKAP2L. Each is linked with LRP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP4-to-partner and partner-to-LRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF23 grouped by LRP4-low versus LRP4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
