LRP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,577 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A1, TTC33, and BBS7. Each is linked with LRP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP4-to-partner and partner-to-LRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A1 grouped by LRP4-low versus LRP4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
