LRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,829 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARD6G, ZBTB8A, and NDEL1. Each is linked with LRP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARD6G grouped by LRP2-low versus LRP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
