LRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,061 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, ISLR, and VCAN_S2116. Each is linked with LRP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP1 versus PCOLCE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
