Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, MMP2, and IFFO1. Each is linked with LRP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP1 versus SRPX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
