LRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, CCNF, and MELK. Each is linked with LRP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by LRP1-low versus LRP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
