Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,043 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-beta signaling pathway, Positive regulation of amyloid-beta clearance, and Lipoprotein transport. Each is linked with LRP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1 results are reported.
