LRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,330 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP6, LYG1, and ZNF837. Each is linked with LRP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP6 grouped by LRP1-low versus LRP1-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
