LRIG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP389, UBE2L3, and MTFP1. Each is linked with LRIG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP389 grouped by LRIG1-low versus LRIG1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
